2026 Summer Intern, Program Operations (MI / MN / WI)

If so, then you have found the perfect internship! Join our team as Summer Intern to support our growing portfolio of work with utility companiesimplementing energy efficiency solutions. You will be learning and helping to deliver a holistic strategy to focus on the coordination of analytics, reporting, research, organization,projectsupportand process efficiency between multiple clients. Working closely with the team,you’llfocus on helping to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to customers including under-servedcommunities;providing safer, more energy-efficient homes, and ensuring grid stability. This is a full-time, 10-week internship expected to start early June2026. The work may be fully remotefrom anywhere in the United States, with a preference for thosewho can attend occasional onsite meetingsin Michigan,WisconsinorMinnesota.At this time, we are unable to provide relocationnorhousing assistance.Pay is expected to be $23 per hour. Key Responsibilities Assistwith coordinating regular program-level deliverables (weekly reports, forecasting, etc.) by working with project managers to add qualitative information Support internal and external team by prepping and pulling quantitative data, coordinating with project managers on qualitative inputs, coordinating agendas, and documenting action items Review data points with project manager and help coordinate rebate processing to ensure all incentives are processed Generateaccurateand polished deliverables for any regulatory filings, reports, and presentations Maintain and update shared files,resourcesand program documents to ensure all program staff has access to latest versions of materials Assistwith forecasts and trend analysis Help track any required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Assistwith marketing and outreach activities, which can include in-person events Leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence tools Basic Qualifications At least 30 credit hours of college coursework completed by start date with a focusinsustainability, energy,business, data analytics, marketing, informationsystemsor other relateddiscipline. Preferred Skills / Qualifications Strong familiarity with general utility services provided in Michigan,Minnesotaor Wisconsin region(s). Knowledge of or interest in the utility and energy efficiency, demand response,energy equityand distributed energy resource programs and markets Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally, with clients and colleagues at all levels Proficiencyin Business Applications (such as Google, MS Office, Visualizations, Data Analytics,PowerBI) Previousprogram or project management experience Ability to attend occasionalon-sitemeetings in MI / MN or WI Apply tot his job
