We are now seeking an internationally trained lawyer to join us as an integrated team member focused on AI monitoring, workflow development, and practical implementation for the legal industry. ________________________________________ Role Overview This is a substantive, thinking-heavy role for an international lawyer who understands legal work and has strong systems instincts. You will act as a central intelligence node for AI adoption across Rose Law Firm and Sentric Legal by: •Monitoring AI developments relevant to law firms and legal departments • Evaluating tools, vendors, products, applications, and pricing models • Designing, testing, and refining AI-enabled legal workflows • Translating insights into practical, trainable, repeatable applications for: o A U.S. law firm (RLF), and o An AI-enabled legal staffing and consulting platform (Sentric Legal) This is not a passive research role. You will be expected to convert insight into execution. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities 1. AI Landscape Monitoring & Intelligence • Continuously monitor AI developments relevant to: o Legal research, drafting, discovery, contract analysis, litigation support, and knowledge management o Law firm operations, staffing models, and legal productivity tools • Track and evaluate: o AI tools, platforms, plugins, and vendors o Feature changes, pricing shifts, security considerations, and legal-specific use cases • Maintain structured internal summaries identifying: o What is operationally useful o What is immature or risky o What can be deployed now versus what should be monitored ________________________________________ 2. Workflow Design & Best Practices • Design AI-enabled legal workflows for attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations teams • Develop: o Step-by-step workflows (“recipes”) o Usage guidance by role (lawyer, paralegal, admin) o Guardrails, quality controls, and human-in-the-loop review points • Stress-test workflows for: o Accuracy and reliability o Ethical and professional responsibility risks o Confidentiality and data handling concerns o Real-world usability in active legal matters ________________________________________ 3. Practical Implementation for Rose Law Firm • Collaborate with senior attorneys and operations leaders to: o Pilot AI workflows within active legal matters o Improve speed, quality, and leverage without degrading legal judgment • Identify: o Where AI meaningfully augments legal reasoning o Where AI should not be used • Assist in standardizing successful workflows across the firm ________________________________________ 4. Productization for Sentric Legal • Convert internal workflows into client-ready offerings, including: o Training materials o Workflow documentation o Playbooks for AI-enabled paralegals and lawyers • Support Sentric Legal’s positioning as a trusted AI adoption partner by helping define: o Core service offerings o Differentiation from generic AI consultants o Repeatable, defensible implementation models ________________________________________ 5. Blog Writing & Thought Leadership • Prepare well-structured blog posts and written content on: o AI adoption in law firms and legal departments o Practical legal AI use cases o Workflow design, risk management, and best practices • Translate technical and strategic insights into clear, lawyer-readable content • Collaborate with firm leadership to align content with brand, positioning, and educational goals ________________________________________ 6.
