Account Executive – Cross Sales
Job Summary: The Account Executive – Cross Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. This role focuses on understanding client needs, and presenting complementary products or services to maximize account value. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in consultative sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. Meet and exceed revenue and cross-sell targets on a consistent basis. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in cross-industry or multi-product sales. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and client data. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
