Acosta Group Senior Vice President Field Operations – Remote in United States

OverviewAn executive leader responsible for the implementation of the strategy and achievement of revenue and EBITDA growth for the retail field function. The leader will be a seasoned leader and advisor, with proven experience leading across client groups and strategically managing resources. The leader willlead all aspects of market execution within bolthires Acosta, US Retail, and Premium Sales inclusive of results, processes,tools,and priority integration/translation.Directly manages the core functions of all field teams.They will be accountable for the oversight of the Merchandising function and collaborate and influence key stakeholders to make decisions that is right for the customerand business. This role requires creative problem solving on a daily basis (gaps in execution, staffing gaps, etc.)The SVP, Field Operations leads the development of people including developing an engaging culture, developing capabilities through coaching and process refinement, and becoming an importer/exporter of Talent. This includes optimizing staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that the field team delivers on their expectations. • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess the effectiveness of field operations, making data-driven improvements as needed. • Training and Development: Work with Retail Field Managers to provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that the field team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within Acosta to ensure seamless communication and execution of client strategies, including sales, marketing, and analytics. • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the budget for field operations, ensuring bolthires-effective and efficient use of resources. • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make proactive recommendations to clients. • Quality Assurance: Oversee and maintain a high level of quality in field operations to uphold Acosta’s reputation for excellence.QualificationsEDUCATION AND WORK REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar degree• 8 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail or marketing• 8 years of retail experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:• Excellent communication skills with diverse clients and associates• Strong leadership and management skills to mentor and empower associates• A deep commitment to the values of the organization and a passion for the mission• Demonstrated experience in influencing others to action• Proven ability to establish and execute strategic plans in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment with a demonstrated track record of setting, achieving, and exceeding ambitious goals on a sustainable basis• Proficiency in the use of bolthires Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)• Up to #% travel required and able to work a flexible weekPHYSICAL AND PERSONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Acosta Sales & Marketing is an Equal Opportunity EmployerBy submitting your application you agree with and accept the Acosta Privacy Statement and Terms of Conditions.US:Canada:Acosta utilizes E-Verify for validatingthe ability to work in the United States for all job candidates.
