Agile Project Manager – EHRM-IO Middleware Solutions | Remote We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead critical integration initiatives within the Electronic Health Records Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) for our Middleware Solutions team. This role offers a remote work environment and the opportunity to contribute to transformative healthcare IT projects that impact veteran health services. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of integration projects involving Oracle Health, VA, and non-VA systems using HealthShare HealthConnect, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Provide expert Agile program management support, utilizing proven methodologies to drive operational efficiency, quality assurance, resiliency, and continuous process improvement. • Collaborate closely with management and scrum teams to synchronize value streams, support program execution, and foster a culture of operational excellence. • Lead communication efforts, including risk management, lessons learned, compliance reporting, metrics analysis, forecasting, and meeting facilitation. • Support the maturation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Product Line Management by refining development processes and promoting lean, effective workflows. • Coordinate with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Integrated Testing Services (ITS), and other program teams to ensure seamless integration and project alignment across the EHR modernization efforts. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within Information Technology. • Extensive knowledge of lifecycle and project management methodologies with proven success in managing complex IT projects. • Demonstrated ability to track and manage costs, schedules, and performance metrics effectively. • Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and resolution. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline. Alternatively, an additional 8 years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree. • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and project delivery within healthcare IT environments preferred.
