Agile Scrum Master – Business Analyst
Job Description: • Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring they follow Agile Scrum practices, principles, and values. • Coach the team to adopt and implement the Agile Scrum framework. • Help the product owner create and maintain product delivery timelines and find techniques for effective product backlog management. • Work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints. • Facilitate Scrum events: daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and others to ensure the team achieves its objectives. • Act as a liaison to improve communication between the program teams.
