AboutThe Bigger Picture AI (Corporate client)The Bigger Picture AI is an innovative consulting and analytics firm founded by Erica Bigger, a Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Alumna. We leverage AI to automate and optimize the repetitive, high-friction tasks that limit the scalability and effectiveness of corporate small business development programs, nonprofit entrepreneur accelerators, and alumni networks. Our AI system acts as an analyst assistant, enabling organizations to deliver deep insights, measurable ROI, and data-driven recommendations — without hours of manual work.Project OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced AI Developer / Automation Engineer to help build and launch our AI-powered analytics framework. You’ll be creating automation systems that collect, clean, and analyze program data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for corporate and nonprofit clients supporting entrepreneurs. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and automate workflows for:Survey collection, reminders, and outcome trackingProgram evaluation dashboards and KPI visualizationEntrepreneur Readiness Assessments (using structured metrics and AI scoring)Alumni impact tracking and longitudinal data analysisAI-generated reports summarizing patterns, recommendations, and gapsIntegrate AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, bolthires Vertex, or others) for natural language insights, predictive analytics, and data summarization.Develop a user-friendly dashboard or reporting system that visualizes data in real-time for executive and board presentations. Automate repetitive data-handling tasks (cleaning, validation, benchmarking) to ensure consistent and scalable performance. Ideal CandidateWe’re seeking someone who:Has proven experience with AI automation, data analytics, and reporting systems. Can design and deploy data pipelines using Python, Zapier/Make, Airtable, Notion, Power BI, or bolthires Data Studio. Understands survey automation, KPI tracking, and data visualization.Is comfortable integrating AI/ML models into practical business processes. Communicates clearly, meets deadlines, and collaborates effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
