AI Engineer (LLM + Real Estate Focus)
We're a startup building a conversational AI tool for real estate. The goal: take a basic retrieval-based chatbot and transform it into a sticky, intelligent copilot — something that understands zoning, valuations, and development logic, and can drive real, subject-matter conversations. We're looking for an engineer who understands LLMs, has experience with fine-tuning or prompt workflows, and ideally brings real estate or domain-specific chatbot experience to the table.
