AI Process Improvement and Automation Specialist

About the position Jump in with us and help shape the future of how we use AI to supercharge our operations and make smarter, faster decisions and drive operational excellence across the company. You will start by working with our Finance Operations and Accounting team to identify systems inefficiencies and apply AI models (e.g. predictive analytics, machine learning) to streamline workflows and improve outcomes that can be applied across our company. We’re looking for someone who is curious, driven, and tech-savvy to join our growing company. This is a hybrid role in our Dallas, TX office which requires a minimum of 3 days in the office. Responsibilities • Analyze complex structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that inform business strategy and decision-making • Collaborate with department heads to align AI solutions with business goals and change management efforts • Using our existing data and systems, including our Vendor Management Solution and Accounting systems, to put automation into place • Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools and dashboards that support internal teams • Stay up to date with the latest AI research and advancements and bring innovative ideas to the table • Audit and Analyze existing workflows across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Customer Success) to identify time-consuming or repetitive tasks • Propose AI Solutions tailored to each department's needs—such as intelligent document processing, task automation, or predictive analytics • Measure and Report on efficiency gains, time reductions of AI-driven solutions • Ensure Ethical Use of AI, including data privacy compliance and bias mitigation • Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and handoff of AI systems Requirements • A Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience applying AI solutions in real-world business environments • Previous experience identifying inefficiencies in operations through work experience, internship or Co-Op positions • Experience working with automation or AI models through coursework • Experience integrating AI into existing business systems • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Curiosity to be able to work through our processes and determine opportunities where we can streamline and drive efficacies through driving down time and potentially cost • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time (this includes F-1 OPT Student or STEM OPT Extension Student visa).
