AI Product Analyst, II
Job Title: AI Product Analyst II Job Responsibilities: • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements for AI-driven features. • Analyzes user interactions with AI features, gathers feedback, and supports our product (Unified Service Platform, IT Service Management and IT Asset Management) improvements. • Creates documentation and internal guidelines to ensure shared understanding of AI functionality. • Builds mock UI prototypes to illustrate new product concepts and user flows. • Develops functional prototypes using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and relevant tools. • Gathers and analyzes data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights. • Tracks KPIs related to product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction. • Partners with UX/UI designers to enhance product usability. • Gathers and documents product requirements in coordination with stakeholders. • Plans, executes, and analyzes A/B tests to measure product changes or new features. • Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • Works closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to support the roadmap. • Identifies optimization opportunities based on data and customer feedback. • Stays informed on AI trends, tools, and model architectures to help shape product direction. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or closely related field, or foreign degree equivalent, plus 1 year of experience in Product Analytics, AI/Technology, or Product Management. The experience (which may be gained concurrently) must also include 1 year of experience in each of the following: • Machine learning models such as classification, regression, or recommendation systems; • Working with data labeling, model evaluation, or AI product lifecycle; • Interpreting complex data sets and translating insights into product decisions; • Working in the Education technology (edtech) industry; • AI/ML-based product features; • Data privacy regulations such as FERPA, COOPA, or CCPA; and • SQL, Python or R, and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Job Location: Herndon, VA. 40 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Telecommuting 1-2 days per week allowed. Salary: $88,462 per year. #LI-DNI Apply tot his job
