American Express Virtual Client - Support Advisor

American Express is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to as Virtual Client Support Advisors. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while providing top-tier customer support and assistance to our clients. As a Virtual Client Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support. • Resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. • Provide guidance on American Express products and services, assisting with account management, billing, and transactions. • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to internal teams. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to ensure clients receive accurate information. • Document client interactions and maintain records in company systems. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards. Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Previous customer service experience is preferred. • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. Preferred: • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or call center software. • Experience in financial services, retail, or technology sectors. • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
