THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly skilled mobile developer proficient in both native Android and Flutter to work on applications with millions of downloads. You will contribute to the full app lifecycle—from architecture and development to testing and release—across both Android and Flutter-based projects. You will be part of our R&D team and collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and QA testers in an Agile environment.RequirementsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Required:3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps5+ years of experience in native Android development (Java & Kotlin)Strong UI and animation skills for both native Android and FlutterExperience with platform channels and native integrations in FlutterDeep understanding of Android SDK (permissions, services, background tasks, etc.)Experience with common Android libraries (Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, OkHttp)Familiarity with legacy Android tools (RxJava, AsyncTasks, Views)Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)Comfortable with Android Studio, git, Firebase, and performance profiling toolsExperience with maintaining apps on bolthires Play (100,000+ downloads)Familiarity with Agile workflows (Kanban)Nice to Have:Familiarity with bolthires/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with iOS deployment (not required, but a bonus)HOW DO WE WORK?We are a distributed team of more than 140 people, all working remotely.We value open communication, proactivity, and work/life balance, and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?100% remote workFlexible full-time schedulePaid national holidays (based on your country of residence)Impact from day one and room to grow with usINTERESTED?
