This position will offer direct exposure to our core business with a focus on ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications. YOU WANT TO:• Work on a multi-year, high-profile software development project for the Department of Veterans Affairs• Ensure customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications• Analyze, design, implement, and support IT business applications and systems• Manage SFDC enhancement projects to support business needs, including collaborating closely with external contractors, solution vendors, and consultants to deliver new business functionality to the platformYOU WILL:• Support the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VA’s shared Salesforce.com platform• Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Salesforce.com setup ptions as necessary• Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations• Review design elements and provide counsel to development teams working with overlapping objects in the org• Perform regression testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and developmentYOU HAVE:• The ability to obtain and hold a U.S.Public Trust Security Clearance• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline• At least 3 years of previous Salesforce Administration experience• 5+ years of Help desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity with a track record of developing solutions within a complex global organization• Required Salesforce Certifications:• Salesforce Administrator• Certified Cloud Platform Consultant• Salesforce App BuilderYOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITIES TO:• Manage time and schedule independently in accordance with MB&A policies and expectations• Meet deadlines• Maintain a quiet working space with the ability to be on camera as needed• Use Google Suite of tools (Chat, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)• Use Agile tools to maintain backlogs• Critical thinking and analytical skills• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environmentYOU MIGHT HAVE:• Other Salesforce certifications (e.g.Advanced Admin Certification)• Certified Identity & Access• Management Designer, Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer, Certified• Sharing & Visibility Designer, Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer• Certified Integration Architecture Designer• Experience with ETL tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and/or other federal organizations (highly preferred)• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and release managementSUMMARY OF COMPANY BENEFITSIn addition to good working conditions and competitive pay, it is MB&A’s policy to provide a combination of supplemental benefits to all eligible employees.These benefits include a 401k plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits for sick time and vacations, 11 paid holiday, comprehensive group medical, dental, vision insurance options under Cigna, company-paid short- and long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance under Mutual of Omaha, an incentive plan for bonus-eligible roles, and other plan benefits.
