By definition, an Associate Faculty is a Part Time Faculty Member. An Associate Faculty appointment carries with it no promise or expectation of continued employment, and the College maintains its management right to decide whether or not to rehire an Associate Faculty member subject to the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement. Associate Faculty will be compensated on a per weekly contact hour basis.Payment will be consistent with the terms of the Faculty's Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) at the time of hire.
