Associate- Finance Risk Management (Hybrid)

About the positionResponsibilities• Provide risk advisory support aligned with Capital One's Capital-related functions• Manage day-to-day activities to ensure our Compliance Management Program framework is well-managed and sustainable (e.g. Change Management, Issue Management, etc.)• Execute processes and program deliverables that support internal team governance processes (e.g. Process and Control Documentation (PCD), CCAR Model and Computation and Automation (C/A) Inventory Process, Control Evidence Collection, Assertions/Attestations)• Assist with tasks and activities related to risk management initiatives (e.g.Control Remediation, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Process Level Assessments (PLA))• Identify and drive process improvements within Finance's operational risk management programs• Ability to work independently with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksRequirements• Bachelor's Degree or military experience• At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management• At least 1 year of experience with G Suite or bolthires OfficeNice-to-haves• 2+ years of experience working in the financial industry• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Risk Management, and/or Issue Management• 2+ years of experience in process or project management• Ability to work independently and be flexible to change in a fast-paced environment that requires the balancing of competing priorities, deliver accurate results, and adhering to tight deadlines• Strong written and verbal communicationBenefits• Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being• Performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI) Apply tot his job
