Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing

We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate Manager to support the execution and ongoing management of influencer and creator programs across the Implus portfolio, including brands like Balega, SKLZ, and Harbinger. This role reports into the Influencer Marketing Manager and plays a key role in influencer engagement, outreach, product seeding, content management, and day-to-day program operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about creator marketing. You’ll help ensure influencer campaigns run smoothly and efficiently, while contributing to the development of authentic creator relationships and scalable influencer marketing processes. This role works closely with brand marketing, social media, and creative teams to support integrated, high-quality influencer activations. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE: • Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Manage day-to-day influencer engagement, outreach, and communication in support of larger campaign and ambassador initiatives. • Own operational workflows including product seeding, content tracking, and UGC management. • Assist in performance tracking and reporting to inform ongoing optimization and future programs. • Help maintain and evolve internal influencer marketing processes and documentation. Essential Job Function: Influencer Program Support and Execution • Support the planning and execution of influencer and creator campaigns across brands like Balega, SKLZ, and Harbinger. • Assist with influencer sourcing, vetting, and outreach across social platforms, in partnership with the Influencer Marketing Manager and Social Media team. • Manage influencer communications, including outreach follow-ups, content reminders, and ongoing relationship touchpoints. • Provide tactical support for influencer contracting, including tracking agreements, deliverables, and payment milestones. Product Seeding and Content Management • Own all product seeding operations, including influencer selection, product coordination, shipping logistics, and tracking. • Manage UGC vetting to ensure influencer content aligns with campaign briefs. • Aggregate influencer and UGC content for internal sharing, reporting, and potential reuse across owned and paid channels. • Support content approvals by coordinating reviews and feedback between influencers and internal stakeholders. Reporting and Optimization • Track influencer deliverables, posting schedules, and campaign timelines to ensure on-time execution. • Assist in monitoring influencer performance metrics and compiling campaign recaps and performance reports. • Help identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve creator experiences, and enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaboration and Partnership • Work closely with brand marketing, social media, creative, and digital teams to support integrated influencer activations. • Partner with the Social Media and Digital teams to ensure influencer content is leveraged across paid and owned channels. • Support agency or external partner coordination as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Strong interest in influencer and creator marketing and social media culture. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. • Ability to build positive relationships with creators and internal teams. • Familiarity with major social platforms and content trends, particularly within fitness, wellness, and athletic performance spaces. Preferred Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (brand or agency-side). • Experience supporting influencer campaigns, product seeding, or UGC programs preferred. • Familiarity with influencer platforms a plus. • Background or strong interest in sports, running, fitness, or wellness marketing preferred. Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
