Associate Product manager, Contractor Segment – VerisourceDepartment: Technology & ProductEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: Remote, United StatesReporting To: Vice President, Product Management – Contractor SegmentDescriptionThe Associate Product manager, Contractor Segment – Verisource holds responsibility for parts of the strategy, roadmap and successful delivery and commercialization of the Verisource product line working closely with engineering, commercial, operational, wider Product team and key stakeholdersWhat that means day-to-day:Segment Strategy & OwnershipOwn the product vision and roadmap for innovation for Contractors when using the Verisource product, ensuring alignment to current GTM modelsBuild segment strategies tailored to regional market dynamics, including compliance culture, regulatory mandates, and platform maturityPartner with the local operational teams to ensure that all workflows and ops journeys deliver the best product and commercial outcomesRoadmap Execution & Regional AdaptationDrive a roadmap that reflects the need for the Contractors using this product to both operate individually as standalone market leading solutions, as well as, within our network as cross sell.Partner with UX and Product Experience to support localized language, document, and experience requirementsPartner with the operational and commercial teams on delivery of optimized workflows to enhance customer experience and efficiencyUser & Market UnderstandingRepresent the Contractor Segment perspective across all Verisource user journeysGather insight through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and analytics across territories to identify opportunities for both compliance enablement and deeper value creationCollaborate with Product Intelligence to track regional competitor offerings, market shifts, and user preferencesStrategic Value ExpansionIdentify and prioritize roadmap opportunities that deliver standalone value to Contractors, such as enhanced journeys and featuresExplore monetization, portfolio and packaging strategies that support broader commercial success for the business and enhance contractor experiencesWork closely with Marketing to position and articulate the “Why choose Verisource”Define & update our partnership model across both HR, Compliance and H&S in order to maximize commercial outcomesCross-Functional & GTM CollaborationPartner with regional GTM leaders to ensure roadmap investments continue to drive acquisition, conversion, and engagement via existing client relationshipsCollaborate with Sales and CS teams to define enablement tools and messaging tailored to product typesSupport evolving pricing and packaging in partnership with Product Marketing and FinancePerformance & AccountabilityOwn KPIs for the Contractor Segment in Verisource including acquisition, adoption, renewal, satisfaction, and revenue—segmented by product, region and sourceUse data and feedback to adjust prioritization and improve performance across GTM modelsSupport Board- and ELT-level reporting on product impact, including insights into market traction and growth leversKey Outcomes (First 12–18 Months)Define and deliver a refreshed product, proposition and pricing strategy across all of the portfolioDeliver an 18 month rolling roadmap for Verisource that meets Contractor needsLaunch monetizable product enhancements or feature sets that provide additional value, improving ARR, retention or satisfactionImprove support for Contractor-specific customer workflows, while identifying scalable patterns for broader marketsWhat you’ll need to be successful:5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in compliance-driven SaaS, networked platforms, or buyer/user hybrid ecosystemsProven success in balancing short-term GTM execution with long-term product vision and adoption strategiesFamiliarity with regulated markets and region-specific product delivery models (especially in the UK and North America)Strong understanding of user value frameworks and experience shifting a product from reactive (mandated) to proactive (value-driven) adoptionExperience supporting field enablement and GTM alignment across diverse customer types and territoriesExecutive presence and collaboration skills for influence across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and SalesExperience in PE-backed, multi-product SaaS environments preferredWhat you’ll get in return:We want you to be able to do your best work here.We emphasize providing many ways to support our team to do their best work, and believe that if you look after your people, they look after everything else!
