Contract Remote 6-12 Years Apply Online Refer & Earn Job Summary/ Responsibilities Job Title: Automation tester Location: Remote Job Description: • Create and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Jira. • Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and scenarios for automated testing. • Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and issues. The ability to perform manual testing and regression testing. • Report bugs and issues to the development team, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce the problem. • Work closely with developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and testing. • Stay updated with the latest automation testing tools and techniques and implement improvements in the testing process. • Maintain and update documentation of test cases, test plans, and test results. • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing in both production and non-production environments to ensure software quality assurance and functionality. • Conduct thorough testing of software applications using GitHub for version control and collaboration to ensure code quality and seamless integration in development workflows. Skills and Experience Required: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Software Automation Tester or similar role. • Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, JIRA, Jenkins), scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python), and SQL. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
