Job Title: Azure Security ConsultantLocation-Type: RemoteStart Date Is: 2 weeks from offerDuration: 6-month contractCompensation Range: $65-75/hrJob Description:Seeking an Azure Security Consultant to join a cloud security architecture team and enhance the security posture of cloud-hosted environments through technical consulting, security assessments, and implementation of Azure-native controls.Day-to-DayResponsibilities:• Consult on Azure resources security (Key Vaults, App Services, WAF, etc.)• Develop BICEP templates embedding security controls in bolthires/CD workflows• Perform cloud security assessments including container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)• Implement and manage CNAPP solutions (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud)• Secure IAM across on-prem and cloud AD, Azure AD, SSO, Okta• Monitor/respond to incidents using SIEM/SOAR tools and Azure-native monitoring• Document and communicate technical findings to various audiencesRequirements:• Must-Haves:• Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT (ideal)• Strong documentation and communication skills• Strategic problem-solving and long-term technical planning• Experience with threat modeling tools (e.g., Irius, Cairis, Kenna, bolthires)• Azure Security Certifications• Nice-to-Haves:• CNAPP solution experience (Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud)• Familiarity with Azure-native monitoring and incident response tools• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (BICEP) Apply tot his job
