We’re a U.S.-based healthcare billing company specializing in full-service revenue cycle management. Our foundation is in California’s Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) billing programs, and we’re now expanding into new healthcare sectors with high growth potential. We’re looking for a B2B Sales Account Executive/Sales Manager who can take a hands-on approach to business development — leading direct outreach, closing new clients, and eventually building and managing a sales team to scale those efforts.90-Day Trial and Performance EvaluationThe first 90 days will serve as a structured evaluation period to assess your ability to perform, execute, and deliver measurable results. You’ll receive full pay during this phase. Phase 1: First 30 Days — Onboarding & AlignmentLearn company services, billing structure, and current client base (RCFE/ALW). Understand bolthires industries and their billing models. Develop outreach strategy and begin initial prospecting efforts. Generate first qualified leads and set discovery meetings.Phase 2: 31–60 Days — Execution & Pipeline BuildingActively conduct outreach and deliver proposals to qualified prospects. Begin nurturing relationships in at least two new industries (e.g., Behavioral Health, Home Health, DME). Present weekly pipeline updates and early feedback on outreach effectiveness. Phase 3: 61–90 Days — Closures & ExpansionClose at least one new client in a new industry vertical (outside of RCFE/ALW). Demonstrate consistent activity metrics (meetings, proposals, and conversions).Present a short summary outlining key opportunities, challenges, and next steps. Prepare to scale efforts by documenting the sales process and training framework. A successful 90-day review — marked by consistent activity, professionalism, and at least one new industry client — leads to a long-term role with performance bonuses and eventual opportunity to grow into a Sales Director or Head of Growth position. Requirements:3+ years of B2B healthcare sales or business development experience. Experience selling services to healthcare providers, clinics, or practices.Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial payer billing systems. Proven record of closing deals and achieving sales quotas. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive measurable outcomes. Leadership experience or ability to train others preferred. What Success Looks Like:Consistent month-over-month increase in new client acquisitions. At least one new healthcare sector successfully added within the first 90 days. Documented sales system and onboarding structure for future hires.Leadership can focus on scaling while sales growth remains consistent and predictable. Compensation:Competitive hourly rate + attractive commission structure for each new client closed. Strong performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role and build their own sales team as the company scales. Deliverables• The Sales Manager will be responsible for two primary objectives:• Strengthen and expand our existing RCFE/ALW client base. • Drive new business by prospecting and closing clients in other high-potential healthcare sectors such as:• Behavioral Health (IOP/PHP, Counseling, Mental Health Clinics)• Home Health and Hospice• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)• Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Clinics• Diagnostic Labs and Mobile Phlebotomy Providers• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Companies• Specialty and Primary Care Practices• Initially, this will be a direct B2B sales role — you’ll personally handle outreach, lead generation, and client closing.Once successful traction and processes are established, you’ll begin training and managing additional sales reps to replicate your results and expand the company’s portfolio. Key Responsibilities• Business Development & Sales Execution:• Conduct direct B2B outreach, manage pipelines, and close new clients across multiple healthcare sectors. • Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone. • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers.• Partner with our billing team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. • Achieve monthly goals for meetings booked, proposals sent, and new accounts closed. • Market Expansion & Strategy:• Research new markets, identify trends, and evaluate profitability and scalability. • Develop outreach strategies for untapped industries with high reimbursement potential. • Present data-driven recommendations for entering new markets. • Stay current with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial payer updates.• Leadership & Growth:• Once consistent results are established, hire and train new sales representatives. • Create sales scripts, onboarding materials, and KPIs to build a replicable sales process. • Oversee and mentor the team to maintain closing consistency and complianceIncludes competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
