We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Bank Retail Operations Analyst at our Wolfforth Texas Banking Center (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).A Bank Retail Operations Analyst will review Retail Operational policies, procedures and functions for all regions and branches ensuring that all areas are following unified standards. They will assist with implementation of recommended improvements from reviews. The Analyst will:1. Ensure Retail Operations policies and procedures are update to date with current practices. 2. Coordinate training as needed in regard to Retail operations and policies and procedures. 3. Complete daily audit functions on assigned areas, documents and manages exceptions and error reports.4. Assist with implementation and updates for new and revised systems, procedures, methods and forms used in Retail Operations activities. 5. Review and recommend methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
