Oversee compensation and benefits administration. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy. Stay current with HR trends and regulations to adapt and refine our HR practices accordingly. Required Skills: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
