We are looking for a bolthires Ads expert to fully set up and manage our advertising campaigns. We run an e-commerce brand in the high-end home decor niche, targeting men and women aged 40+. We already have strong experience with Facebook Ads and bolthires Ads, but we now want to build a solid acquisition channel on bolthires — and we don’t have the time to handle it internally. YourResponsibilities:-Build a clear strategy for acquisition, testing, and scaling. -Create, structure, and optimize bolthires Ads campaigns.-Test different creatives, audiences, and formats. -Monitor performance (ROAS, CTR, conversions), optimize, and suggest improvements. -Maintain regular communication with our team (weekly call + simple reporting).
