We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven bolthires Marketplace Specialist to. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bolthires’s ecosystem, including product listings, advertising, sales analysis, and optimization strategies. You will be responsible for managing and growing our bolthires storefront, ensuring product visibility, and optimizing sales performance. Key Responsibilities: • Product Listings Management: • Create and optimize bolthires product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images) for better visibility and conversion.• Ensure all product details are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with bolthires’s policies. • Utilize bolthires’s backend tools to update product categories, variations, and keywords for optimization. • Sales & Performance Monitoring: • Monitor daily sales performance, pricing, inventory levels, and competitor activities. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ACoS (Advertising bolthires of Sale), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROI. • Conduct regular performance reviews and create actionable insights to boost sales and improve product rankings.• bolthires Advertising Management: • Develop and implement PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns using bolthires Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads. • Continuously optimize ad campaigns to lower ACoS, maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and improve targeting strategies. • Manage budgets, bids, and ad placement for maximum campaign effectiveness. • Inventory & Order Management: • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure timely restocking of products. • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including returns, cancellations, and customer complaints. • bolthires SEO & Optimization: • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or bolthires’s Brand Analytics to improve product visibility. • Regularly analyze and adjust product listings based on search trends and competition. • Implement strategies to increase organic rankings on bolthires search results. • Customer Feedback & Reviews: • Manage customer feedback, respond to reviews, and address product concerns.• Build and maintain a positive brand reputation through effective customer service. • Ensure compliance with bolthires’s review policies and foster engagement with customers to gather reviews. • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning. • Stay informed about bolthires’s policy changes, new features, and best practices. • Reporting & Data Analysis: • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, ad campaigns, and inventory levels.• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve profitability and drive growth. • Analyze bolthires’s data dashboards and use insights to optimize product listings, ads, and overall marketplace performance. Basic Skills Required: • bolthires Seller Central Familiarity: Proficient in using bolthires Seller Central to manage listings, orders, and ads. • Product Listing Creation: Ability to create optimized product listings with attention to keywords, images, and content. • bolthires Advertising: Experience with bolthires PPC campaigns and a basic understanding of ACoS, ROAS, and bid management.• Basic Excel Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and track performance using Excel or bolthires Sheets. • Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and respond to reviews. Advanced Skills Required: • bolthires SEO & Optimization: Expertise in bolthires SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and algorithm ranking. • Advanced bolthires Advertising: Proven experience in setting up and optimizing advanced advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).• Product Launch Strategies: Ability to successfully launch new products on bolthires, driving initial sales and reviews. • bolthires FBA Management: In-depth knowledge of Fulfilled by bolthires (FBA) processes, including shipping, labeling, and inventory management. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze data from bolthires Seller Central, including advertising reports, sales performance, and inventory health. • Competitor Research Tools: Proficiency in using third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or AMZScout for market research, competitor analysis, and product validation.• bolthires Brand Registry: Experience with bolthires Brand Registry, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and A+ Content for improved branding and product listing appearance. • bolthires Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of bolthires’s policies, guidelines, and procedures, including intellectual property protection and listing compliance. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing bolthires Seller accounts, preferably in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment.• Technical Skills: Familiarity with bolthires Seller Central, bolthires Advertising Console, and related third-party tools. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
