Business Consultant Needed to Help Launch Hospitality Consulting Company

Hi, I’m launching a new hospitality consulting company based in Texas (LLC already formed). The business focuses on:- Customer experience improvement- Menu development- Staff training- Operational + back-end auditing for bars, restaurants, hotelsI come with 20 years of international hospitality experience (Australia, Japan, Israel) and I’m now converting my management background into a structured consulting business in the U.S. Because of my E-2 Investor Visa process, the business must be built with a strong and realistic foundation:- I must hire at least one U.S.employee (can be part-time; around ~$2,000/month budget total for labor — may split between 1–2 employees)-The business needs a clear structure, sustainable workflow, and early operational traction- I currently need to operate remotely, and once the visa is approved I will move to the U.S. and work onsiteI’m looking for an experienced business consultant who has worked with service-based or consulting companies, preferably in hospitality or creative services, and ideally someone who understands U.S.business structure.
