About the positionResponsibilities• Detailed Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Services Agreements, and Order Forms to assess business impact, ensure obligations can be operationalized, and remove blockers in the negotiation process. • Address business-oriented contract redlines and work to develop consistency and standardize playbooks, escalating when needed and engaging with Legal stakeholders when needed. • Leverage tools like DocuSign CLM and Salesforce to develop dashboards to visualize contract volume and status, and analyze common themes in customer negotiations.• Become familiar with our end-to-end contract negotiation process and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and accelerate deals. • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders including the line of business, legal, compliance and data security groups to determine what risks are truly material in each transaction. Requirements• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience• At least 3 years of experience in RevOps supporting deal management including contract evaluation, negotiation or executionNice-to-haves• 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Procurement, or Supply Chain experience• 4+ years of experience in reviewing contract redlines and proposals for B2B SaaS products• 4+ years of experience creating, executing, contracting and negotiation strategies• Experience in customer-facing roles, either in a sales or contract negotiations roleBenefits• Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.• Performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
