What’s your role? As Business Development Representative (BDR), you’re at the starting line of our growth engine. You’ll turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into qualified opportunities — helping future customers discover how FinDock can power their payment operations. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and our Salesforce partners, balancing structured outreach with genuine, value-led engagement.If you’re driven by learning, enjoy connecting dots between people and solutions, and thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded environment — this role is for you. You work remotely based anywhere in the East Coast of the US, with occasional visits to our office in the Netherlands. Your day-to-day:• Execute creative, consistent outreach across channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, events)• Research and engage prospects in the Salesforce ecosystem and key industries• Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and hand off to Account Executives• Collaborate with Salesforce AEs and partners to align on accounts• Keep our CRM spotless — tracking every touchpoint, insight, and outcome• Represent FinDock with clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction✅ What success looks like:• You consistently create a strong, high-quality sales pipeline and deliver well-qualified opportunities.• Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and partners trust your judgment and collaboration. • Your outreach is structured, data-driven, and always represents FinDock with professionalism and energy. • You bring curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset — turning feedback and challenges into progress. What makes you a great fit? Experience• 2–3 years in BDR, SDR, or inside sales — ideally in SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem• Proven track record in pipeline generation and structured outreachSkills• Skilled in prospecting, discovery, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce a plus)• Strong communicator — clear, curious, and adaptable across audiences• Technically fluent: comfortable discussing payments, APIs, and integrationsMindset• Resilient, proactive, and driven by purpose• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset• Passionate about building trust and creating impact from the first callLanguage:• You write and speak English fluently, and work comfortably in a distributed, international team.Why join FinDock?
