Business Operations Manager: Regulatory Affairs

About the positionResponsibilities• Providing end-to-end project planning and execution to ensure on time delivery and implementation of process improvements within scope and budget. • Mapping and evaluating processes, developing process measurement approaches and metrics (KPIs/OKRs), measuring progress and performance against process requirements, and identifying process improvement opportunities. • Collecting information to identify the root cause of project and process issues and challenges, assessing risks and proactively managing project challenges to mitigate potential issues.• Delivering training, tools, and mechanisms for communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels on process analysis, success measurements, improvements, and controls. Requirements• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited school, preferably with a focus on Law or Policy. • 6+ years of relevant experience in project or program management. • Proven track record of managing cross-functional compliance projects and initiatives at-scale, working collaboratively across various stakeholders to achieve high quality outcomes and balancing priorities within timelines, and proactively identifying and solutioning project risks to execute effective, efficient regulatory compliance strategies and programs.• Strong understanding of compliance program design, management, and implementation. • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint. Nice-to-haves• Experience working in the corporate legal department of a large technology company or similar industry. • Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification. • Proficient in Tableau and MS Excel.
