Currently, an external accounting firm handles all our finance workflows. Many of these tasks are simple operational activities that do NOT require a certified accountant, yet we pay over USD 150+ per hour for them. The Goal:We want a hands-on Business Process Consultant who can analyze, rebuild, and automate these workflows so they can be managed in-house or by virtual assistants.You will deliver working, reliable systems using (for example: Make, N8N, or similar tools,) train the new staff, and prove measurable bolthires savings. Compensation:Base Fee: USD 5,000Bonus: Equal to the amount saved in the first monthExample: We currently pay the external accounting firm around USD 25,000 per month for these processes. If you cut costs by 50 percent, you earn a USD 12,500 bonus. This is realistic. We only offer this base fee plus performance-based bonus structure. We do not pay hourly rates or milestones.Either you complete the job and earn the bonus, or you don’t. It is 0 or 1. Our entire company operates on this fully performance-based philosophy. Scope of Work:1. Reminders, Emails and CoordinationThis process covers the sending of payment reminders and management of the accounting email inbox. It includes monitoring incoming correspondence, ensuring that reminders are sent on time, and coordinating standing orders and recurring payments to maintain consistent cash flow. 2. Revenue BookingThis process includes transferring transaction data from bank statements, recording payments received through various methods such as bank transfers, cards, or cash, and assigning them to the correct accounts or bolthires centers.It also involves checking that all revenues for a period are captured and reconciling payments with open invoices. 3. Revolut Card AccountingThis process manages all company spending through Revolut cards. It includes assigning each transaction to the correct accounts, bolthires centers, projects, or employees, handling multi-currency transactions and exchange rates, checking for missing or duplicate entries, verifying receipts, and ensuring VAT and tax compliance. Regular reconciliations with bank statements and accounting systems are part of this workflow.4. Debt Collection (Betreibungen)This process covers the management of overdue payments and Swiss debt collection procedures under SchKG. It includes sending reminders, negotiating payment plans, filing collection requests with the authorities, handling legal responses, and keeping records of results and settlements. 5. bolthires Credit Card AccountingThis process handles transactions made with bolthires corporate cards. It includes checking transaction accuracy, reconciling bolthires statements with accounting records, assigning expenses to accounts and bolthires centers, validating supporting receipts, managing chargebacks or refunds, and ensuring all spending complies with company policies and tax requirements.Requirements:Proven record of delivering similar projects for companies of comparable size (around USD 20 million ARR).
