Then we should talk! Brightly is looking for a Growth Campaign Manager focused on our high growth manufacturing vertical to create revenue generating experiences that increase our market share. This person will be responsible for marketing to manufacturing companies in industries such as food and beverage, paper and plastics, and more. The ideal candidate understands how to build revenue generating integrated campaigns, is curious about marketing best practices, can develop strong relationships across a company, and has a passion for data driven marketing.What you'll be doing• Develop integrated growth programs to engage the manufacturing industry• Leverage lead nurturing, segmentation, and content strategies to create a thoughtful buyer's journey and customer lifecycle• Partner with Operations to understand the performance of your campaigns and communicate with the business• Work with Sales to create an aligned experience to our target audiences• Collaborate with creative, product marketing, marketing operations, and client success to develop and execute programs that drive existing client pipeline• Create and execute a testing plan to make sure we're always improving• Be a database marketing expert including finding ways to increase the size of our database and work with marketing operations and client success to maintain the health of our databaseRequirementsWhat you needMinimum Requirements:• Bachelor's degree required• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience marketing and selling to existing clients• The ideal candidate will have experience working in B2B SaaS companies• Experience marketing software to manufacturing customers is a plus• Excellent people skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams• A bias towards action and sense of ownership• Outstanding attention to detail and high personal quality expectations• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneouslyThe Brightly cultureWe're guided by a vision of community that serves the ambitions and wellbeing of all people, and our professional communities are no exception.We model that ideal every day by being supportive, collaborative partners to one another, conscientiously making space for our colleagues to grow and thrive.
