Cardiac Device Specialist – CIED Remote Monitoring

Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for candidates who want to use their expertise to improve the care and outcomes of patients with CIED devices.We are recruiting candidates that have excellent analytical skills, experience with CIED analysis, interpretation, and patient connection. Candidates will work remotely and can support patients and cardiology practice remotely,Manage patient connection and help with troubleshooting transmissionsPerform accurate evaluation, diagnostic and analysis of the device dataRecognize and report abnormal pacemaker, defibrillator, ILR and CRT functionsDiscuss and suggest strategies for manage abnormal findingsAbility to communicate diagnostic data in a timely and accurate mannerMake a positive contribution to the patient and device clinic experienceMaintain HIPPA complianceQualifications and Education Requirements• Recent experience in cardiac device management• Experience with the main CIED vendors – Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott/St.Jude, Biotronik• One of the following certifications is preferred: CCT, RCES, IBHRE, CRAT, CCDS, CEPS, or CDRMS• Strong technical and computer skills• Ability to work effectively in a remote role• Great communication and multi-tasking skills• Available to work Monday-Friday during traditional business hoursPreferred Skills• Experience in remote work• Ability to precept and mentor• Ability to communicate with patients in both English and Spanish• Experience with Microsoft TeamsJob Type: Full-time - Day ShiftSalary: $28-35 per hour, based on experienceBenefits:• 401(k)• Health insurance• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• Disability insurance• Life insurance• Paid time offLocation:This is aRemote Work from home position Apply tot his job
