As our firm expands, we’re currently seeking a Partner for our CFO Advisory Finance Transformation Practice. Previous service line, regional, market, or industry leadership experience is desirable. Location is flexible. In this highly visible national role, reporting to the CFO Advisory Leader, you’ll play a critical role in building and growing our advisory services focused on finance transformation, finance operations, and strategic financial planning.This position requires a seasoned advisor with a deep understanding of the CFO office of the middle-market (Key Responsibilities:• Capability Leadership: Expand the CFO Finance Transformation Advisory capability, developing strategic direction and holistic end-to-end solutions and service offerings that align with market trends and client needs and consider People, Process, Technology and Data needs. • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs and other C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate complex financial, technology, and operational challenges and opportunities.• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks to grow the client base and drive revenue growth for the practice. Build relationships and referral networks internally and externally. • Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in finance and technology transformation, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and enhancing the firm’s market presence. • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.• Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations, managing resources effectively and ensuring profitability.
