Qualifications – Chief Growth Strategist• Proven growth operator — you’ve taken a product from 0 → 1 or 1 → 100k+ users through creative, data-driven experimentation• Deep understanding of AI product positioning, storytelling, and how to translate complex tech into irresistible market pull• Track record with multi-channel growth loops — paid + organic, influencer + UGC, community + SEO, outbound + partnerships• Comfortable leading A/B tests, funnel experiments, CAC/LTV modeling, retention cohort analysis, and GTM dashboarding• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to turn insight → experiment → process → scale• High taste in messaging, design, and narrative hooks that convert (you understand memes, virality, and brand timing)• Obsessed with distribution arbitrage — you find underpriced channels, hack algorithms, and systemize repeatable wins• Experience running or advising performance and content teams across email, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn• Strong grasp of B2B and consumer funnels — from cold outbound and lifecycle automation to viral consumer onboarding• You can model demand like an analyst, but pitch vision like a founder• (Bonus) Experience with AI, LegalTech, or SaaS go-to-market motion• (Bonus) You’ve built growth systems for startups scaling fast — ideally YC, venture, or breakout tech companies Apply tot his job
