Civil Engineer, EIT

Job Description:• Manage projects from initiation to completion, maintaining direct communication with clients and contractors. • Oversee project accounting activities including bid tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring. • Utilize AutoCAD for drafting, design support, or quality control as needed. • Develop and manage project timelines, delegating or self-performing tasks based on workload. • Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Collaborate across teams and provide support to other departments as workload demands.• Manage internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as opportunities arise. • Provide ongoing education and guidance to team members regarding client standards, project scope, and procedural updates. Requirements:• EIT certification in Civil Engineering• 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably with New Site Build (NSB) projects• 2+ years of direct AutoCAD experience, including construction drawing preparation• Proficiency in using AutoCAD daily for design, review, or drafting tasks• Strong multitasking ability and quick learner of new information and processes• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and retaining knowledge• Team player with strong interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational and administrative abilitiesBenefits:• Medical benefits• Vision benefits• Dental benefits• 401(k) retirement plan available for eligible employees• Paid time off• Referral bonuses Apply tot his job
