Job DescriptionAn established civil engineering firm is seeking aProfessional Engineer (P.E.) to join its growing team in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values innovation, professional development, and meaningful project impact. The firm works on a diverse range of projects including master-planned communities, municipal infrastructure, urban redevelopment, and educational facilities. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering civil engineering solutions that enhance both the built environment and the surrounding community.This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration with the freedom of remote work. Key Responsibilities• Lead or support the design, planning, and coordination of civil engineering projects. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. • Prepare detailed plans, reports, and technical documentation. • Mentor junior engineers and foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture. • Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and municipalities throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsQualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required). • Certification:• EIT in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months. • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred. • Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering design or a related discipline. • Technical Skills:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley design software preferred. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
