Potential for fully remote work or hybrid (we have offices throughout NY and NJ). • Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters. • Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations. • Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
