This role requires a proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel programs for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, with a special emphasis on video production, digital distribution, banner campaigns, augmented reality programs, and other innovative tactics.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and MLR review processes, combined with exceptional attention to detail, deep knowledge of the pharma industry, and familiarity with agencies of record. Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical and agency clients, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead end-to-end project management across a variety of tactics including video production, digital media, banners, augmented reality, and interactive HCP engagement tools.• Manage MLR submission and review cycles within Veeva PromoMats, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards. • Collaborate closely with creative, production, distribution, and analytics teams to deliver impactful programs. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and expand scope. • Track and report on project performance, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability. • Stay current on industry trends, agency workflows, and evolving compliance requirements.Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or program management within pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, or an agency setting. • Strong knowledge of pharma industry standards, MLR processes, and agencies of record. • Direct experience with Veeva PromoMats or other regulatory submission platforms. • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns (video, banner, digital, AR, etc.). • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—able to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage both clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
