ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe Lexbe Client Success Manager (CSM) is an outstanding career opportunity to work with Lexbe clients to expand their utilization of the Lexbe eDiscovery Platform, Lexbe CoPilot GenAI solutions, and services. In addition, the CSM will work to ensure that customers are trained, happy, and productive with Lexbe’s products and services.Lexbe CSM’s partner with Lexbe eDiscovery Solutions Directors to maximize client satisfaction and use of Lexbe software and services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service Tasks:• Engage clients via email, phone, and chat to identify opportunities for growth• Introduce and educate Lexbe customers on new products and services• Identify and facilitate new cases from customers to be onboarded• Identify and execute opportunities to improve client satisfaction and use of Lexbe services• Confirm compliance with Lexbe's support and services policy.Scoping Call• CSM’s call the client to set up a scoping call/emails if unable to connect. • Confirms the scoping call with the PS Department and Client• Communicates promotional programs on scoping calls. • Sends out a follow up email to the client after the scoping call. Professional Services Collaboration Tasks:• Identify and capture contact information for the customers that will utilize the Lexbe eDiscovery Platform, populate in the CRM, and schedule outbound tasks• Identify, and notate in the CRM, the eDiscovery proficiency levels of the customers that will be utilizing the Lexbe eDiscovery Platform in order to communicate the best training options and populate in the CRM• Identify new users within client organizations and provide the training videos and/or schedule custom training withProfessional Services (PS)• Forward all technical requests from clients toProfessional Services (PS)• Follow up with clients as needed after PS tickets or training has completed to confirm client satisfaction.• Equip clients with various digital assets to address their specific needs. As an example, sending them a training video(s). Sales Tasks:• Responsible for growing a book-of-business across a designated set of clients• Team with Sales Director(s) andProfessional Services to maximize client growth and satisfaction• Responsible for customer retention and escalating issues• Responsible for acquiring customer case studies• Responsible for acquiring customer referrals• Coordinate and ensure successful customer onboarding and account management with the eDiscovery Solutions Director and PS Lead• Invoice follow-up and renewals in collaboration with Sales Director• Mandatory documentation of all tasks and client communication in Zoho CRM.This includes, emails, phone calls, voicemails, sales follow up etc. • Follow company policies and procedures and perform additional sales-related duties assigned. RELATED DUTIES:• Related duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• BA or BS from 4-year college or university• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a litigation paralegal• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a sales role• Experience in eDiscovery• Excellent business writing and phone communication skills• Strong ability to engage clients and establish trust and strong relationships• Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.• Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing CRM systems• Strong computer knowledge required, including bolthires Office, bolthires Apps, Internet Browsers, Customer Relationship Management software and eDiscovery Software generally. • Excellent references from prior supervisors required.
