Skills • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish • Detail-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and results • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cloud-based applications, CRM tools, and multiple operating systems • Strong time-management skills • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change • Collaborative communication skills • Experience in customer service, data entry, or product training (1-3 years) Responsibilities • Provide exceptional service to early childcare programs, addressing product and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns • Deliver engaging product and service training to childcare program directors and staff through webinars and instructor-led sessions • Assist in creating and maintaining effective training content • Support client retention efforts by onboarding new clients through implementation processes • Accurately maintain records and generate reports in various databases • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders • Ensure adherence to project goals, policies, and performance standards • Collaborate across teams to provide technology updates and ensure quality assurance • Track client interactions using CRM tools • Assist with translations as needed • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall success Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy • Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities • Experience working in a collaborative environment Education Requirements • A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. Experience Requirements • 1-3 years in customer service, data entry, or product training experience.
