ResponsibilitiesTheSenior Clinical Applications Systems Analyst Epic independently defines system objectives, requirements, scope, and impact based on needs of clinical operations. Develops or modifies clinical information technology procedures to solve complex healthcare problems, considers computer equipment capacity, and current system or network limitations. Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documents outcomes. Competent to work independently at all phases of clinical applications systems analysis and development.Studies clinical information technology systems’ needs, investigates solutions, and presents recommendations to leadership and/or operational stakeholders. Responsible for being team lead as assigned by leadership. Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts. Responsible for quality assurance review, issue mitigation, and resolution.
