Cloud Platform Scrum Master
Job Description:• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews) across multiple cloud and DevOps delivery teams. • Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to align with strategic goals. • Track team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team coordination issues to maintain delivery momentum.• Coach teams on Agile principles and iterative delivery of platform services.
