About the RoleOur Client is searching for a growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to oversee all marketing operations and accelerate revenue as the company scales toward substantial enterprise-level growth.This is a highly engaged, execution-focused role centered on performance marketing, customer acquisition, and product-led growth initiatives. The selected leader will guide an expanding marketing team and serve as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership group. Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy that drives acquisition, activation, retention, and overall revenue growth. • Lead, expand, and refine the marketing organization while strengthening cross-functional collaboration.• Manage and optimize digital acquisition efforts – including search, paid performance channels, and related programs – with a focus on ROI and scalable growth. • Advocate for and advance a product-led growth framework, enhancing self-serve onboarding and improving conversion rates. • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between marketing priorities and product development plans. • Leverage data, experimentation, and analytics to track performance, test new ideas, and continuously refine growth initiatives.• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on marketing direction, prioritization, and long-term planning. Requirements• Demonstrated success driving significant revenue growth within fast-scaling startups or expanding businesses, ideally in B2C SaaS, SMB, or prosumer-focused markets. • Extensive experience with product-led growth strategies and self-serve customer acquisition models. • Strong analytical capabilities, with a history of using data and performance metrics to inform strategy and accelerate growth.• Proven ability to lead marketing teams centered on acquisition, performance, and overall growth initiatives. • Thrives in rapidly evolving, high-growth environments. • Operates with a growth-oriented mindset rather than a brand-first approach. • Able to partner effectively with senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
