CNA/MA Level Licensed Clinical Liasson
Balanced Wellbeing LLC., is setting the standard in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities psychiatric care. As a result of our tremendous growth and expansion, we need to fill 10 entry-level positions, for CNA's or MA's, to travel around the Greater Tampa Bay area and perform on-site mental health assessments and clinical recommendations. These assessments and clinical recommendations are based on a protocol designed by Dr. Desh, a triple board certified and award winning psychiatrist, and you will act as a liaison, and patient advocate, as the patients transition to other facilities (or home).You will make ethical and appropriate recommendations that will keep patients engaged in their mental health recovery.
