We've proven our model in 4 weeks and are moving fast. We need a strategic business partner to lead our USA market entry. Our Traction (Nov - Dec 2025)• Nov 5: Private testing phase launched• Nov 15: Prototype validation complete• Nov 20: Beta testing closed in West Africa• Nov 25: 2 academies onboarded generating $4,500 ARR• Pipeline: 10+ additional academies in queue → projected $20k+ ARR within 30 daysOur Goal: 200 academies and $300k revenue by end of Q1 2026What You'll Own30% equity in all USA-based operations with equal profit-sharing alongside the technical co-founder(s).You'll have a voice in every major decision from day one.
