About the positionResponsibilities• Assist in the organization and logistics for launch events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, invitee identification, and more• Ongoing new creator discovery research across various social platforms• Support team with creative mailers, from conceptualization through execution and reporting• Help with creator content briefs and liaise with cross-functional and external partners• Manage of influencer/press/MUA restock send-outs - inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center• Liaise with team on community analysis to strengthen brand loyalty• Maintain all relevant databases/spreadsheets• Support team with ongoing administrative needsRequirements• Must beSenior in college working towards a bachelor's degree• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment• Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry, social media, influencers and consistently keeping up-to-date with trendsBenefits• Paid full-time position• Hands-on experience in the beauty industry• Networking opportunities• Exposure to cross-functional teams Apply tot his job
