Role Impact As a Commercial Lines Associate Producer, you will be the engine behind the agency's growth, converting warm inbound leads into long-term client relationships. Your success directly impacts the agency's premium volume and client satisfaction scores. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the commercial lines division and grow into a Senior Producer role with equity participation. Key Responsibilities • Convert warm inbound leads into bound commercial insurance policies across GL, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, and Property lines • Quote and market risks to multiple carriers to find the best coverage and pricing for clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive service • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and conversion strategies • Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail • Meet monthly and quarterly premium production goals to advance through compensation tiers • Support renewal retention efforts and identify cross-sell opportunities within existing book Required Qualifications • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (California preferred, or state with reciprocity) • 2+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (GL, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, or Property) • Experience working at a carrier, MGA, wholesale broker, or retail agency • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Stable work history (at least one role held 2+ years in the last 5 years) • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar agency management systems • Familiarity with both admitted and E&S/surplus lines markets • Experience marketing risks to multiple carriers • Background in high-volume quoting environments Additional Benefits: • Quarterly performance bonuses (up to 20% annually) • 401(k) with company match • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision from Day 1 • Remote/hybrid flexibility • Clear career path to Senior Producer with equity participation Why Join?
