The position drives account operational excellence while leading employee engagement through account-wide communications, new hire onboarding, cultural initiatives, and cross-regional collaboration that promotes JLL values. The key to success in this role is to be an open, transparent and consistent communicator to all stakeholders.In this role, you have the opportunity to shape a portion of the digital economy as well as the careers and lives of the team supporting operations. Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesTasks will include but are not limited to:Strategic Operations Support• Partner with Business Operations Lead to support comprehensive account operations including communications programs, administrative functions, data analytics, and program developmentCommunications Management• Support account-wide communication initiatives through newsletters, announcements, and strategic messaging• Maintain organizational charts, email distribution lists, and SharePoint sites• Facilitate cross-regional communication and collaboration to ensure site alignment and best practice sharingEmployee Onboarding & Culture• Design, execute, and coordinate comprehensive new hire onboarding and orientation programs• Serve as Cultural Ambassador by promoting JLL values and fostering inclusive environments• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events to strengthen account cohesionBusiness Operations & Analytics• Support executive business reviews (Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Account Town Halls)• Review, analyze, and interpret Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) data• Provide data analytics with storytelling capabilities to support business decisions• Utilize knowledge of JLL Best Practices framework and commitment to continuous improvement methodologiesProcess & Documentation Management• Develop and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and process documentation• Maintain and organize account SharePoint infrastructure• Collaborate with Account Platform teams on cross-functional initiatives• Utilize JLL's proprietary AI programs and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making• Stay current with emerging JLL technologies and AI capabilities, incorporating them into account processes where applicableAdministrative & Special Projects• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support overall account successSupervisory Responsibilities• NoneMinimum Requirements:Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.• 3-5+ years in corporate communications, program management, and business operations preferably within the data center or technology industry. • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Experience managing complex data center projects and programs. • Proficient in program management software and tools, with a solid understanding of data center operations and technologies. Language Skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.Other Skill and Abilities• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and mitigating risks. • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Requirements:• Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree. • Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.Physical Requirements:This position will require the following:• Ability to travel to locations throughout the United States. • Walking large, campus-like settings. • Lifting a minimum of 15 lbs. • Must be able to work different schedules. • Must be able to sit at a desk for 8+ hours per day. • Must be able to use a computer for 8+ hours per day. Customer Environment Description• A leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions across the globe.With more than 50 high-performance mission-critical facilities worldwide, the company ensures the continued operation of digital infrastructure for nearly 800 customers, including approximately 200 Fortune 1000 companies. • Demanding customer and fast-paced environment, serving some of the largest companies in the world. • JLL operates 40 sites for the customer that includes campuses and individual data centers. We provide operational support including operating engineers, chief operating engineers, facility managers, and regional managers.• JLL has been supporting the customer since 2021. The relationship has continued to grow as the customer’s business has grown. We continue to support current locations and assist in establishing new sites across the United States. • We continue to struggle meeting the KPIs set forth by the customer, particularly when it comes to incidents. With an increased focus on training and adequate staffing models, we will be able to meet our obligations and exceed expectations.
