Hello All, • ** Greetings from My3tech *** Role: Communications Project Manager Location: Sacramento, CA - hybrid (mostly remote) Duration: Long-term Client: State of California (Sacramento) Job description: Activities and Tasks Performed: • Work closely with Senior PM, Project Director, and Project Team • Team Building with all internal and external stakeholders • Estimate task resource requirements and completion estimates • Develop project and contract deliverables within resource estimates • Track project and contract deliverable progress • Develop monthly project reports • Develop ad hoc reports • Develop and/or conduct project communications (e.g., Intranet content, newsletter, etc.) • Track project and task progress • Develop and conduct project briefings as requested • Maintain detailed WBS and Project Schedule • Maintain and implement project communication plan Deliverables Produced: • Project-defined deliverables • Weekly status meetings with updated agendas, minutes, and action items • Weekly updates to risk and issue tracking logs, WBS, etc. • Project briefings • Project status reports • Prepare project-related announcements and facilitate Lunch-n-Learn sessions • Updated project documents A minimum of three (3) years (5 years preferred) of broad and extensive project management (PM) experience successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects. • Detailed Explanation of Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience (5 years preferred) team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience. • Detailed Explanation of Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience (5 years preferred) leading and facilitating team meetings. • Detailed Explanation of Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience (5 years preferred) in the following: • Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project • Stakeholder management • Scope and change management • Consulting experience for a project worth at least $2M ($5M preferred) • Detailed Explanation of Experience: PREFERRED A minimum of two (2) years of experience with implementation of Salesforce Customer Community for Public Sector Organizations for the State of California.
