Construction Estimators (Quantity Takeoff) – Per Project PinchEstimating.com is a U.S.-based construction estimating company serving clients across the United States and Canada. We provide accurate, trade-specific quantity takeoffs for contractors who rely on real-world constructability—not generic software outputs. We are expanding our network and are looking to partner with experienced construction estimators to perform quantity takeoffs on a per-project basis. What We’re Looking For We are only interested in estimators with real, hands-on field experience in their specific construction trade. If you’ve never worked in the field, this role is not a fit. Requirements: Proven field experience in your specified construction trade (e.g., concrete, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, civil, etc.) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, survey plans, alternates, RFI, addendum and construction documents Experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs Familiarity with U.S. and/or Canadian construction standards Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly Must be insured (professional liability / errors & omissions, as applicable) Comfortable working on a per-project payment structure Why Pinch Estimating Is Different Most estimating services rely on junior estimators or offshore teams with little to no field exposure.
