About the roleAs a Consulting Principal, you will make an impact by providing consulting services, while working very closely with our clients, helping them solve their most complex business and technology challenges.You will be a valued member of the Americas RCGTH team and work collaboratively with teams, leaders, stakeholder and clients. In this role, you will:• Device Order Management strategies to solve customer problems• Draw conclusions and develop recommendations from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant• Lead joint working sessions with clients to construct business case scenarios in support of clients' agenda• Deliver consultative engagements, while facilitating client teams in implementing recommendations• Lead and support business development pursuits such as RFI/RFP responses and proactive proposals• Work hands-on, as a product owner/product manager in agile based software delivery of business/IT transformation projects and manage a team of junior analysts• Contribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collateralsWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. What you must have to be considered• Bachelor's or Master's degree (in related degree preferred but not mandatory)• Deep expertise with Omni-channel Order Management, product management and supply chain domain in general• Experience with OMS package implementation (like; Manhattan EOM / MAO, IBM Sterling Commerce, KIBO, etc.)• Experience working on broader supply chain domain areas including proficiency in processes and technology (systems and package solutions)• Experience working on agile product development / implementation programs as a product manager• Experience working in onsite / offshore models and may have to work in customer's time zone if the project demandsThese will help you succeed• Deep knowledge & be able to apply frameworks to design and present a solution• Knowledge of current and anticipated industry developments• Thought leadership insights that are directly relevant to the target accounts supported advocates for the recognition of Consulting's contribution to profitability and market brand in these accounts.We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipCompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $190,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
